New planette platform based on nette

Hi everyone, I worked on new non git version of planette.

If i type hash (#), i would like to see all possible tags, insted of “Short query, type another letter…”. For example something what is here. Mainly in “Country Selector” section. I would say it is more intuitive.

@chemix Lately, I haven't been following doc&related changes, needs and requirements. You have built a system, which is not trivial, which also removes some functionality. I have no idea why, that's why I'm asking. Currently, I do not think it's a neither bad nor good desscion/project. Some bugs are obvious, but you are probably asking for deeper conceptual review, and thus it requires (our/my) better understanding. Refering to empty issue list doesn't help, actually, it makes it more weird. The word “issue” can be used in different meanings ;-) So, not trolling, just acking :)

@hrach my first and the biggest issue was, how complicated is create new stuff. I think the content is king, and my idea is open this platform for more people. Just put code as snippet, add some description, save, and that's it.

I suggest to keep all tutorials on play.nette.org homepage, same as it is now, but little bit more tidy. Of course it could be ordered by “likes” and have a search field.

Also i would like to know how update foreign articles. Some of them are still writeen for Nette 0.9..

@chemix I would make categories Nette 0.9, Nette 2.0, etc, and set this category for every single article/tutorial. The pros are:

People will know if thay are reading current implementation.
People will be able to filter by Nette version.
I (and many others) would be able to re-write some articles with old content.

As soon as i see a mark Nette 0.9 within the article “Návod jak vytvořit blog”, i can write a new one for Nette 2.3. :)
