Any Nette PayPal module available?

Hi,
could you be a little bit more specific? PayPal provides a lot of services. From my experience, the easiest way to get you started is to use Website Payments Standard.
You'd need to create an IPN tracker and PDT validator yourself. Sandbox is a great deal of help. I've done it and it is not one of my best memories.
I am not aware of any ready-to-use component.
