problem with refresh latte files on linux server

Hi I meet a strange bahavior of nette on my linux server (Debian)

when I change file with latte template, nette does not recognize it :/

as show on attached picture, there is mentioned variable nazev, but code is with new {faktury->printed}

i guess there is an issue with caching, but i dnot know, ho to fix it

delete whole cache solves this, but it is annoying :/
