User friendly text input for forum

Hello there.
I looking for easy, user friendly (no Texy or HTML) and secure text editor for my website forum to convert text (paragraph, images, bold text, cursive, link) basic formatting to HTML or Texy and back to HTML. I need full control on allowed HTML tags in output or in input.

I reading about Tinymce, but i belive, this javascript solution is very biggest for my requirements and unnecessary.
