Allow use three dots mark (…) instead three dots (…) in NEON

Hi, it is possible allow use this mark in NEON: …?
I know it is rare use this char, but i learn use it as typography correct mark and then my config.neon crash with error. Thanks.

PS: In title I use three alone dots, probably Texy change it to one char.
