I still have a problem with composer installation

Hi!

I still have a problem with composer installation, error occurs in settings in “cmd” when I have unabled the “touch”- the path in the “Path” I have set. Does anyone know what's the problem?

You download and install that file, open command prompt and type composer. It should work right after installation, no need to any setup.
