Why not to delete Identity from Nette after logout?

Hello everyone,
I walked through forum but wasn't able to find answer.
Why are the identity data not purged after logout by default?
What is the sense of this?
I red how to get rid of it, there is no problem, I only wanna know if there is something I cannot find out by myself with Identity.

It is only an option for you, if you want to keep an identity or not.
For example many e-commerce sites (eBay etc.) are using this functionality for welcome messages, like:
Hello Ydenda (Sign in)Use cases could be a lot – but, if you do not need it, then just erase identity after logout and that`s it.
