Where i have to put the NetteTranslator folder to run it??? there is not explain it on readme file

NetteTranslator's development is not supported for a while.
I recommend you Kdyby\Translation – port of Symfony\Translation, better support and active development.
Is also has nice readme with all informations you need.

Nope. Translations in Kdyby\Translation are managed in .neon
files.
Managing web content via debug bar is not really safe and clear.
Still I recommend to use it. I used and supported NetteTranslator for few years and it's not really useful tool.
